INTRAMUROS is one of the great places to visit if you're interested with my very own country's great historic past. It is located at the heart of Manila, Philippines. I thought it would be fun to experience history class right on the spot where it all happened. Amazement was all I felt when I visited the past through places where it all begun. It is not everyday opportunities like this happen. In a place where things might almost be forgotten because of the very techy present and inovative future ahead of us I choose to spend one of my sunny afternoon with the love of my life in this place. The old buidlings, churhces and even pavements where my ancestors once walked through was one of the great gift of the past for the persent and it is nice to know that it is well maintained in this walled city so that the youth can experience it firsthand. There is nothing wrong in going through the pages of the book once closed once again to be reminded of the amazing life there once had been, it is just one simple step of appreciating your own roots and heritage and who knows you might enjoy the ride and feel sorry about sleeping during those boring history classes you once had. :))
